GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ON-LINE SALE

The present General Conditions regulate the purchase and sale contract, signed through the website (www.CarinaBeaute.pt) between RICARDO JORGE PAULINO RAMOS, based at Rua Jornal Folha de Domingo n ° 25A 8005-248 Faro, with the NIF: 215203062, as a seller (hereinafter, Carina Beauté), and the Buyer who, on that website, completed a Purchase process for a certain product.

Application of the General Conditions of Sale

When making purchases on the website (www.CarinaBeaute.pt), the Buyer accepts these General Sales Conditions.

 

Product Prices

The Sales Price corresponds to the price in force during the purchase process and includes VAT, at the rate in force. When applicable, the purchase price of the product is increased by the price of transport and / or delivery. Carina Beauté cannot be held responsible in the event of a computer, manual, technical, or other error that causes a change in the sale, transport or delivery price (including changes in the discount amount) to the public that appears. from the Carina Beauté website, so in cases where these are changed, the purchase order will be considered invalid and voided, the customer being informed of this fact and the amounts that may have been paid in the meantime returned.

 

Product Availability

The online sales platform (www.CarinaBeaute.pt) is designed so that the Customer knows, in advance, the availability of the product. However, Carina Beauté is unable to prevent stockouts, particularly those due to force majeure. In cases where it is not possible for Carina Beauté to ensure delivery of the product purchased by the Customer within (15) days, Carina Beauté will credit the Customer for the amount spent, using the same payment method used by the Customer.

 

Products Presentation

The products for sale are described and presented according to their original characteristics, according to the information provided by the respective responsible. Carina Beauté makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on the Carina Beauté website is free of typographical errors and whenever this happens, it will correct it as soon as possible. In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel his purchase order. The photographs shown may not correspond to the product described. The reproduction of articles is the closest to reality.

Privacy Policy

All data provided to Carina Beauté, will be treated with maximum description, rigor and security, exclusively to identify the buyer and their details, for future communication and shipment of the ordered products. They will not be shared with third parties at any time.

Payment methods

- Cash only for orders of less than € 500 collected at the store.

- MBway to 912 410 079 (up to 24 hours after order confirmation).

- Bank Transfer (NIB PT50 0007 0000 0047 1710 3222 3) by means of proof by email geral@carinabeaute.com up to 24 hours after order confirmation.

 

Order Confirmation

Payment will be requested after confirmation of this order by Carina Beauté (within 24 working hours) via email (entered in the order)

 

Invoice and Receipt
Sending an invoice by email after order confirmation.
Invoice and paper receipt will accompany the order

Shipping Policy

We ship your order to mainland Portugal via carrier.
You must check the integrity of the products sent, upon receipt. If there is any damage, you must report it to us within 48 hours, after which we consider that your order has been successfully collected.
For other destinations on request, please contact us.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns will be accepted for reasons of damaged article of manufacture and / or transportation.
You must contact us via email or phone within 48 hours after receiving the order.
The product must be returned with the packaging intact and undamaged, or present proof of damage by transport.

It is not possible to return unsealed cosmetic and hygiene products.

Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
